Last week's ELEVATE Summit in London proved that the affiliate marketing industry thrives on genuine human connection—not just conversion tracking and commission structures. As we process the incredible feedback and scroll through countless event photos, one thing becomes crystal clear: this wasn't just another conference.
From rooftop drinks overlooking London's skyline to intimate conversations, ELEVATE created something increasingly rare in our digital-first world—authentic, face-to-face connections that matter. The energy was palpable as brands, networks, and affiliate professionals gathered not just to absorb information, but to challenge assumptions and share hard-won insights.
We’ll be sharing some ‘ELEVATE Education’ with you over the coming weeks, as we take a closer look at the insights shared on (and off) stage.
Super Early Bird tickets for ELEVATE 2026 are NOW available, offering the performance marketing community's forward-thinkers first access to what promises to be an even more impactful gathering.
The conversations have started. The connections are made. Now the real work begins.
For now, we will leave our attendees and contributors with a huge ‘Thank You’ and hand over to Master of Ceremonies Gareth Williams, who captured the summit's essence perfectly in his closing lyrical performance:
Just Be Cool
Two days in London, the sun fading on angular glass,
connections made that might just last.
We gathered not just to sit and be taught,
but to challenge, to question, to share what we’ve brought.
No apps to distract us, no corporate glaze,
just eye-to-eye moments and data that stays.
You see, it’s not just the tools, or tracking with grace,
it’s the human behind every conversion case.
From rooftop drinks to quiet chats,
to big-stage keynotes containing marketing stats.
We came here as brands, as networks, as peers,
as curious minds with hopes and fears.
We built something real in just 48 hours,
a summit of people — with affiliate spandex and marketing powers.
Slack threads buzzed, questions flew,
the summit became a room that grew and grew and grew and grew.
We raised our glasses at Tuesday’s sundown,
to the RAV Award winners who took their rightful crowns.
We learnt, don’t come with discounts, come with intent,
give value they’ll welcome, not content that’s spent.
A free audit, a session, a trial for July —
wrapped in urgency, that’s your why.
Dirty lists are a shortcut to nowhere fast,
so clean every contact — first name to last.
Tools like Clay bring the magic alive,
mapping behaviour to make leads thrive.
True partners align on the rhythm and beat,
same hymn sheet thinking, no skipped, no repeat.
External traffic? The algorithm grins.
but it’s attention we trade — and that’s where it begins.
Don’t ping-pong campaigns, don’t tweak just to tweak,
make it land, make it matter, make it human, not salesy, too sleek.
Next up was Gareth, you know Mr Hoyle,
just as raw and as bold as Simon Cowell’s Susan Boyle.
Direct, entertaining to name just a few,
informing us that the links to your business, are the real glue.
Get them in your crosshairs, take aim with your cue,
check the Journo review sites with your morning brew.
Don’t aim for the nationals if local will do,
there’s gold in the Midlands, and Gloucestershire too.
Give them real data, be fast and be kind —
and you’ll build the sort of press money can’t find.
Sarafina the great, our 006 agent,
the self-confessed granny engaging and patient.
What good are directory lists where prospects are missing
like a rod with no line is useless when fishing.
We need Judge Rinder to help us grow and not hinder,
to make sun in the autumn or the snowiest winter.
Communication is key, collaboration a must,
to ensure relationships thrive and don’t rust.
Openness, transparency, and waves of trust,
fast as you can payments are clearly a must.
Multitouch attribution, hard-earned rewards,
something that crucial and worth working towards.
Everflow and Tipalti intertwined as one team,
championing a ‘tapped in’ attitude is the affiliate scheme dream.
With Attribution & Respect Last Click wins — but at what cost?
When the first touch fades, and value is lost.
Content, intent, the nurturing thread —
yet the payout goes to who got there last, instead.
If performance is shared, let the credit be too,
not just the closer, but who walked them through.
You wouldn’t ghost payroll or stiff your own team —
so why should your partners feel lost in between?
Mr Dean Seddon, sent down from heaven,
the LinkedIn Expert from Plymouth, not Devon.
In the land of scrolls and silent feeds,
where zombies lurk and no one reads.
We chase the likes, we build the list,
but miss the point — the human twist.
It’s not a stage, nor sales parade,
it’s just a room where deals are made.
Not broadcast blasts or pitchy spam —
but chats that start with, “Hey, I’m Sam.”
A two-minute vid, a clever slide,
can open doors where deals reside.
If it’s worth a mil, then take the time —
be human first, and then you’ll climb.
Kevin brought numbers — real UK gold,
fresh-off-the-press and brilliantly bold.
And we listened, we nodded, we scribbled things down,
ideas now planted to scale or compound.
So, thank you for being here, the passion’s been fab, even splendid —
but this lyrical closing has nearly officially ended.
All that’s to do is to slow down and stop
But not before bowing before you,
and the microphone drop……..
