Everflow 2025 30 Million ARR

Everflow has announced their annual recurring revenue has just exceeded $30 million as the platform processed $4.3 billion in partner-tracked revenue throughout 2025, representing a 19% increase compared to the previous year. The Mountain View company maintained an impressive 99.99% uptime for clients whilst tracking billions of clicks and conversion events for clients including JG Wentworth, Moen, and Mutual of Omaha while expanding further into financial services, health sectors and launching additional lifetime value tracking features.

The growth outlined, validates the platform’s reliability and precision as brands across high-growth sectors including financial services, insurance, dating, and health and beauty increasingly rely on Everflow for sustainable, measurable growth. This performance also resulted in the company crossing an annual recurring revenue milestone of a $30 million dollar mark.

Sam Darawish, CEO and CoFounder of Everflow says “Our growth is a direct reflection of our mission of empowering businesses to succeed by automating performance marketing and providing world-class customer support. By focusing our platform innovations on the specific needs of our customers, we are not just measuring performance, we are driving predictable, high-margin growth for some of the world’s most ambitious brands.

Strategic Vertical Expansion

Everflow’s 2025 growth was fueled by expansion into high-value, compliance-critical verticals. The platform successfully onboarded financial services clients including Freedom Financial, Pacific Debt, and Thor Precious Metals. The company entered the GLP-1 and health and wellness space with clients like Runna, SHED, and STEMREGEN, whilst adding trading sector partners including NAGA, Trading212, and Seeking Alpha.

Their focus on verticals requiring superior attribution, security, and scalability underscores the platforms desire to expand their growing strategic advantage over similar platform competitors.

Key Platform Innovations During 2025

Throughout the year, Everflow delivered over 20 major platform features and updates. Key advancements included the launch of Traffic Health, the first-of-its-kind domain health and IP blacklist monitoring tool backed by Google Threat Intelligence.

The Customer Value feature also debuted, moving clients beyond tracking single conversions to capture a user’s entire lifetime value and automate high-value bonuses and payouts.

On the reporting side, Enhanced Flowchart Visualization rolled out earlier this year, delivering unprecedented clarity into the complete customer journey to identify crucial touch points and troubleshoot tracking issues faster.

Marketplace Growth backed by Strategic Partnerships

The Everflow Marketplace reported 1.8 billion clicks in the last 12 months, driving $365 million in partner payouts and a 26% increase in conversions. This momentum was reinforced by the integration of marquee publishers like Skimlinks and more recent additions Sovrn and CapitalOne.

There were two other major marketplace updates released this year as well.

  1. A centralised partner payment feature enabling simpler affiliate payment processes
  2. A unified Marketplace Earnings Report to automate payment processes and empower partners to focus on scaling.

Key strategic integrations with extension partners like LUUP, CatStats, Inflektion, and Snapchat now enable and automate tasks ranging from influencer marketing and affiliate matchmaking to gamified social selling, driving a profound increase in AI-powered affiliate marketing and overall program efficiency for all of Everflow’s existing and new clients.

Industry Recognition and Organisational Growth

Everflow’s industry dominance was recognised by top external achievements, including being ranked number one partner marketing platform for 2025 by mThink. The platform also secured the prestigious Gold US Partnership Award and the Bronze European Affiliate Award for Best Affiliate Technology. Supporting this success, the company expanded with 34 new hires and new offices in Oakland, Amsterdam, and Montréal.
