He has many years of experience in lead generation, as a publisher, advertiser and also on the agency side. Over the years, he has built up a trustworthy network of contacts in the affiliate industry in German-speaking countries and beyond.

Adam Fung

Adam began his career in affiliate marketing at a leading voucher and offer publisher before moving agency-side, where they managed global affiliate programs for a consumer electronics brand and a car hire brand. In 2021, he joined Lovehoney as an Affiliate Executive, initially focusing on the Australian market in the aftermath of the Covid-19 pandemic. In 2023, Adam was promoted to Affiliate Manager and now oversees Lovehoney’s UK affiliate program, driving strategic partnerships and growth in one of the company’s key markets.

Debuting at Elevate Summit 2025, the Affiverse RAV Awards shine a spotlight on the rising stars, forward-thinkers, and unsung heroes driving affiliate and performance marketing forward.

These awards celebrate the achievements of SMEs, solo entrepreneurs, publishers, managers, and behind-the-scenes talent shaping the future of our industry. From program innovation to partnership excellence, the RAV Awards recognise those making a real impact, often without the recognition they deserve.

All submissions must be completed and submitted by Monday, 30 June 2025. Only completed entries will proceed to the judging stage.

Entering the awards remains free of charge for all categories, however, if shortlisted, you will be required to purchase a minimum of one ticket at full list price.
