Rank Digital sets tougher due diligence stance for affiliate partners

Rank Digital, the operating arm of Grosvenor and Mecca digital properties has today announced that it will move to implement tougher due diligence demands on new and existing affiliates and market partners.

Issuing a corporate statement, Rank Digital will add a series of due diligence checks and balances, requiring affiliates to provide information on marketing activity relating to Rank Digital products and services.

The operator, states that the required diligence demands have been implemented in order for Rank to maintain the requirements of its group ‘licensing and regulatory conditions’.

Commenting on the update, Rank Digital Senior Media Manager Dana Bocker stated: “Rank takes compliance very seriously and is committed to ensuring both a fair and secure playing environment for all of our customers, as well as a transparent and profitable affiliate platform for our partners”.

“Our new requirements allow affiliates to promote Grosvenor Casinos and Mecca Bingo confident they meet the UK marketing guidelines that protect customers.”

Further to its notice, Rank Digital informs that it will send a separate communication to affiliates and marketing partners detailing a full breakdown of the due diligence information needed to promote Grosvenor and Mecca products.

‘Affiliates can expect communications this week that highlight the required information partners need to provide and we are clear that those that do not respond, or cannot provide the necessary information, face suspension and withheld payments.’
