Nordic Network Ltd has launched Nordic Partners Gaming (NPG), a Malta-based esports and gaming business, alongside the acquisition of professional Counter-Strike 2 team AM Gaming. The acquired team will compete under the NPG name and receive a new visual identity, apparel, digital presence, and content strategy. NPG brings together Nordic Partners’ experience across iGaming, affiliate marketing, commercial partnerships, and international business development with esports executive Fabian Broich’s industry knowledge and network.

NPG Targets Commercial Gap Between Esports and iGaming

The new company has been established to connect esports organizations and gaming creators with licensed iGaming companies, affiliates, brands, and media partners.

Esports teams and creators can attract highly engaged communities but may struggle to establish the predictable revenue needed to support players, staff, content production, and long-term development.

Licensed iGaming businesses may also see opportunities to reach gaming audiences while lacking the specialist relationships or market understanding required to identify suitable teams, creators, and partnership formats.

Håvard Lehn, Group CEO of Nordic Network Ltd, said:

Esports organizations and gaming creators need dependable partnerships that allow them to invest, plan ahead, and build sustainable businesses. Many iGaming companies recognise the potential of gaming audiences but need credible guidance on organisations, creators, and commercial opportunities. NPG will bring these worlds together.

NPG will seek to address this gap through sponsorships, content, media, affiliate relationships, and other commercial partnerships.

Fabian Broich Appointed Director of NPG

Fabian Broich has been named Director of Nordic Partners Gaming and will oversee the company’s esports strategy, commercial development, and industry relationships.

Broich has worked in professional esports for more than a decade. His role will include helping organizations and creators build longer-term commercial arrangements with licensed iGaming companies.

He will also support operators and other partners seeking to better understand esports communities and develop campaigns that fit the expectations of gaming audiences.

Broich said:

Organisations and creators need more than visibility. They need dependable revenue, professional commercial structures, and partners who understand the industry.

The appointment places NPG’s commercial activities and competitive esports operations under the same wider business structure.

AM Gaming Becomes NPG’s Counter-Strike 2 Team

AM Gaming’s roster will form the competitive foundation of NPG’s Counter-Strike 2 division.

According to the company, the team progressed from outside the world’s top 200 to the top-60 region within a matter of months.

NPG plans to support the roster through player development, tournament participation, content production, sponsorship activity, and longer-term commercial planning.

Commenting on the immediate plans for the team, Lehn said:

Our immediate priority is to stabilise the roster and provide the professional structure the players need. From there, the objective is to continue improving and climb further in the world rankings.

The acquisition gives NPG an active competitive team through which it can develop its brand, content strategy, and relationships with potential commercial partners.

NPG Plans Further Esports and Partnership Updates

Nordic Partners Gaming is expected to release further information about its brand identity, Counter-Strike 2 roster, creator collaborations, tournament schedule, and commercial partnerships through its official channels.

Its launch reflects the growing overlap between competitive gaming, creator-led communities, affiliate marketing, and licensed iGaming businesses seeking structured ways to reach esports audiences.
