CheckdMedia Raising the par: first annual golf outing touted as a success

CheckdMedia successfully hosted its first corporate golf day, ‘The CheckdMedia Open’, last Friday.

Taking place at Shrigley Hall Hotel & Spa in Macclesfield, the outing welcomed a number of partners to come along for breakfast, a fourball game and awards ceremony.

Partners included Tunafish Media, SportNation, Red Frog Digital, EATMCR, Bermans, RSM, Ascendis Business Services, Altrincham FC, Tilney and OBI Property.

With both CheckdMedia owners, Jamie Knowlson and Lee Struggles, keen golfers who have attended many corporate golf days, the duo wanted to host their own event for their staff and partners. CheckdMedia now hope the day will become an annual event.

Lee Struggles, Marketing Director and Owner, said: “We were delighted to haveso many of our partners on board. With the day being such a success, and with such positive feedback, we hope to make it an annual event.”
