Jason is a seasoned marketer with 20 years of global experience working with companies of all shapes and sizes. Currently the Sr Director of B2B at All-Inclusive Marketing (AIM), he heads up a fast-growing team that manages affiliate and partner programs for clients such as Oracle NetSuite, Asana, Big Commerce and Unbounce.
While a data-driven performance marketer at heart, Jason finds inspiration in pushing the boundaries of what an affiliate program can be, finding a home in helping SaaS companies break into a channel that has typically lived in B2C. Combining a background across all digital, with experiential offline events, partnerships and PR, Jason believes that the future of affiliate is in more strategic types of partnerships, and those companies that are the most flexible and creative, will be the ones to thrive.
US born and raised, South America was home for many years, before returning to San Francisco where he oversaw analytics and digital campaigns for TravelSmith, prior to spending many years helping to drive international expansion for Blurb’s community of creators, self-publishers and businesses. Having left the Bay Area fog for Barcelona sunshine many years ago, Jason has fully embraced the remote lifestyle which allows him to always be a bit ahead of the game when most of his team and clients are just waking up.

Vanessa Vyapooree is the matchmaker of talent and brands. She exclusively represents exceptional black and brown entrepreneurs and social media influencers to elevate their content and engage with their audience. Working with over 150 brands in the last 12 months, Vanessa’s approach to a successful collaboration is building relationships over a long term.
In 2020, Vanessa was given minutes to live after contracting the C-19 virus. She received life-saving treatment, came out of a 4-week coma and regained the ability to walk. Helen has nearly 20 years’ experience in the digital marketing sector across high-growth companies, working affiliate network, client and agency side. Helen is currently the Chief Global Officer at Acceleration Partners, responsible for Global Strategy across the business. She has been at AP for nearly five years, initially launching the EMEA part of the business in 2017 and taking on the APAC region in 2019. Helen previously served as Managing Director at affilinet, one of the largest European affiliate marketing networks and on the digital marketing team at Sky PLC. In her spare time, she likes to cycle up and down hills and support her home football club, Norwich City.

Raj is the CMO of Refersion, a leading eCommerce performance marketing platform based in New York. Refersion’s solutions for ambassador, influencer, and affiliate marketing help brands accelerate growth by enabling advocacy and maximizing customer lifetime value. Prior to joining Refersion, Raj was VP of Marketing at Yotpo, and previously at Yext in multiple executive leadership roles through its IPO in 2017. Raj also spent nine years at Godaddy in leadership roles launching innovative product lines with over nine patents issued and leading to a buyout, inclusive of an eventual IPO.

Steve Brown founded and runs Moonpull (Moonpullpartners.com) the affiliate sector specialist that is tracking affiliate tracking for networks, publishers, OPMs and advertisers to keep affiliate marketing working. Steve has been an affiliate industry leader since 2000 when he led the team that founded buy.at – the technically innovative network – that introduced many concepts to affiliate marketing that are now taken for granted.
